NARICK, Senior Judge.

Patrick A. Kelly (Claimant) appeals from the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) that affirmed the referee’s denial of benefits to Claimant. We affirm.

On May 10, 1983, Claimant entered into a lease agreement with Controlled Distribution Services, Inc., (Respondent), a *315Maryland corporation. Pursuant to the lease agreement, Claimant was responsible for providing truck drivers for Respondent.
