{¶ 1} Appellants, William and Nicole Lee, appeal from the judgment of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas in favor of appellees, the Lafayette Township board of Zoning Appeals and the Schwab family trust. This court reverses.

{¶ 2} Elizabeth Schwab’s family built a small cottage on their Chippewa Lake lot in the mid-1980s and transferred the property within their family through quit-claim deeds until it came into Schwab’s possession, as trustee for the trust, in 1997.
