This Cause is another challenge by James E. Lundeen, Sr. to the suspensions of his medical licenses in Ohio and Indiana.2 The defendant, the Executive Director of the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, now seeks dismissal of this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6).…
