— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Crangle, J.), entered September 15, 1983 in St. Lawrence County, which, inter alia, granted defendant Lumber Mutual Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. 11 Plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $112,004.67 on a fire insurance policy issued by defendant Lumber Mutual Insurance Company in September, 1981 covering a lumberyard owned by plaintiff located in the City of Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County.
