Appeal (1) from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of defendants, entered April 16,1982 in Greene County, upon a dismissal of the complaint by the court at Trial Term (Conway, J.), at the close of plaintiffs’ case, and (2) from an order of said court, entered June 18, 1982 in Greene County, which denied plaintiffs’ motion to set aside the judgment.
