Petitioners Lyndon H. LaRouche and the LaRouche Democratic Campaign ’88 petition for review of the Federal Election Commission’s determination that they must repay $109,148.88 in federal matching funds paid to the campaign in connection with Mr. La-Rohche’s unsuccessful bid for the Democratic Party’s 1988 presidential nomination.
