Following a jury trial, defendants-appellants Wilner Desinor, Jason Dent, and Da-quan Major were convicted of, inter alia: conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute fifty or more grams of crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(A); engaging in a narcotics conspiracy resulting in murder, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848(e)(1)(A); engaging in a narcotics conspiracy while engaging in a conspiracy to murder, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 848(e)(1)(A); and using a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense…
