Plaintiff Binks A. Graval (“Graval”) has brought this action for breach of contract against four foreign corporations, P.T. Bakrie & Brothers (“B & B”), P.T. Bakrie Nusan-tara Corporation (“Nusantara”), P.T. Bakrie Investindo (“Investindo”), and Timeswitch Investment Ltd. (“Timeswitch”).
