The Government filed an interlocutory appeal under Article 62, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 862, challenging the military judge’s ruling *515to suppress evidence as being within the limited protections of Air Force Instruction (AFI) 44-121, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) Program (8 July 2014).
