WHAM, District Judge.
By this suit plaintiff seeks to enjoin defendants from drilling, for oil and gas upon a certain two-acre tract of land located in the Northwest Corner portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 6 South, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Franklin County, Illinois.
