OPINION AND ORDER

PEREZ-GIMENEZ, District Judge.

On March 4, 1993, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico entered a per curiam decision indefinitely disbarring respondent, Attorney Jesús M. Rivera-Arvelo from engaging in the practice of law, both as an attorney and as a notary. 1

On March 10, 1993, the Clerk of Court for this District entered an order to show cause stating that respondent express in writing within thirty days of service any reason(s) why he should not also be disbarred from practicing before this forum.
