ORDER CASELLAS, District Judge;

This ease is before the Court on defendants’ motion requesting sanctions for plaintiffs’ disclosure of terms and conditions of the settlement agreement (Docket # 178), which was duly opposed (Docket #181). Upon careful examination of the parties’ motions, as well as the arguments which they advanced at the hearing held on November 3, 1997, the Court finds that defendants’ request — that the Court forfeit the amount of the judgment against them — should be DENIED.
