BRYAN, Judge.

B & B Wrecker Service, Inc. (“B & B”), appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the City of Citronelle (“the city”). We reverse and remand.

Undisputed Facts

The following facts are undisputed. On December 19, 2008, officers of the city’s police department (“the police department”) obtained a search warrant authorizing them to search a mobile home (“the mobile home”) located in Citronelle for evidence relating to the manufacture of methamphetamine.
