WALKER, Justice.
The appeal is from an order sustaining a plea in abatement and dismissing the suit. The suit is for divorce, by the husband against the wife, on the ground of cruel treatment, and for other relief incidental to a divorce. Appellant- is the husband and appellee, the wife. By way of abatement but really in bar the wife plead a decree of an Illinois court awarding her separate maintenance and support by the husband.
