MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
STARRETT, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the separate Motions to Dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2), 12(b)(5) and 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure filed on behalf of defendants Jon Asgeir Johannes-son (hereinafter “Johannesson”) and Tryg-gyi Jonsson (hereinafter “Jonsson”).
