FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. Douglas Long sued David Vitkaus-kas for alienation of affection. The DeSoto County Circuit Court granted Vitkauskas’s motion to dismiss, finding insufficient service of process. In this appeal, we must determine whether the trial court properly granted the motion to dismiss.
