This declaratory judgment action was filed to resolve an insurance coverage dispute between United National Insurance Company (“United National”), an excess carrier, and Providence Washington Insurance Company (“Providence Washington”) , a primary carrier. The coverage dispute arises out of a wrongful death action involving the estate of David Cadrin (“Cadrin”) and multiple defendants, including Cadrin’s employer, T.S.
