OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction of capital murder, wherein the jury assessed the death penalty. See V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 19.03; Article 37.071, V.A.C.C.P.

Appellant advances 38 grounds of error, but in light of Adams v. Texas, 448 U.S. 38, 100 S.Ct. 2521, 65 L.Ed.2d 581 (1980), we are immediately confronted with appellant’s ground of error No. 13 contending certain prospective jurors were improperly excused under V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 12.-31(b).
