(on rehearing). Upon the original hearing the judgment of the trial court was affirmed. The United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Guaranty Company,” moved for a rehearing on the ground that the court had no jurisdiction of the subject matter of an action upon the bond of a testamentary trustee.
