These consolidated appeals by U.S. Health, Inc., are from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City (Ross, J.) summarily dismissing, without argument, an administrative appeal from a ruling made by the appeal board of appellee, Maryland Commission on Human Relations. We shall affirm the judgment of the circuit court, since Judge Ross was absolutely correct in holding that there was no right of appeal to the court from the ruling in question and that the propriety of the ruling could be challenged on appeal from the agency’s final order.
