This is a petition brought under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, by Ivy E. Barker, for herself and in behalf of her minor child, Walter E. Barker, Jr., for compensation alleged by her to be due from the respondent on account of the death of said Ivy E. Barker's husband, Walter E. Barker, by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment in the service of the respondent.
