Appellant Mark Lee Langley was tried by jury and convicted of First Degree Burglary (Count I) in violation of 21 O.S.1981, § 1431, Attempted Kidnapping (Count II) in violation of 21 O.S.1981, § 741, Felo-niously Pointing a Weapon (Count III) in violation of 21 O.S.1981, § 1289.16, and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (Count IV) in violation of 21 O.S.1981, § 645, Case No. CF-88-1149, in the District Court of Tulsa County.
