Appellee brought this action to recover damages for breach of contract. Trial by jury, verdict and judgment for $600. The only error assigned is, overruling the motion for a new trial. This motion seeks to challenge the court’s rulings on the admission of certain evidence; the rejection of certain evidence; the giving of certain instructions and the refusal to give certain instructions tendered by appellant.
