On February 28, 1912, plaintiff, while riding as a passenger in an elevator in the office building of the defendant in the city of Milwaukee, was injured by the dropping of the elevator from the fourth floor to the basement. The appellant seeks to reverse the judgment because there was no evidence to support a finding that it was negligent, and because there was a mistrial on account of other errors committed.
