In an action, inter alia, to rescind a contract, defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered June 14, 1977, which, after a nonjury trial, inter alia, (1) directed defendants to reconvey certain properties to the plaintiffs and (2) awarded money damages to the plaintiffs. Judgment reversed, on the law and the facts, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event.
