MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Motion for Relief from Stay filed December 14, 2001 by the secured creditor Bank One, Colorado, N.A., (“Bank One”), seeking for relief from stay to (among other things) judicially foreclose its deed of trust on two parcels of Debtors’ real property.
