The Debtor is a limited liability company, formed for the purpose of developing, constructing, and marketing a luxury residential development, with 48 residences. The Debtor has completed substantially all of the development’s infrastructure and common areas and sold 29 fully-constructed residences. It has sold five vacant lots to another developer.
