This lawsuit arises out of injuries sustained by Todd Blackmon, Brandon Kuehn, and Colby Scott (“Minor Plaintiffs”) allegedly resulting from mercury contained in childhood vaccines. Minor Plaintiffs and their parents (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) allege that Defendant Eli Lilly (“Lilly”), the original designer of a mercury-containing vaccine preservative called thimerosal, concealed facts indicating the toxicity of thimerosal and failed to test its product properly.
