Before the Court is Plaintiff United States of America’s “Motion for Summary Judgment,” filed October 31, 1995. For the following reasons, Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED.
I. BACKGROUND
This case stems from the filing of five UCC-1 financing statements against three U.S. Department of Agriculture employees named as “debtors.” 1 The financing statements were filed in Dallam and Randall counties by Defendant Greenstreet and Lawrence Wayne Garth, deceased.
