MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT F. HERSHNER, Jr., Chief Judge.
Lee Burrell and Emma Burrell, d/b/a B & L Van Unlimited, Inc., and d/b/a Florida Van Center, Inc., Debtors, filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on January 7, 1992. Ernest V. Harris, Chapter 7 Trustee, filed a “Complaint to Set Aside a Fraudulent Transfer and to Sell Property Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(h)” on February 20, 1992.
