These are writs of error from a judgment in favor of the Attleboro Manufacturing Company against the Frankfort Marine, Accident & Plate Glass Insurance Company, entered in the District Court for Massachusetts, in an action brought to *576recover damages alleged to have been suffered by the plaintiff through’ the defendant’s negligence.
