Appellee filed in the circuit court of Cook county a bill to construe the will of her grandfather, John L. Schneller. The bill sets out the will, avers that on or about March 8, 1931, the testator died leaving a will dated January 18, 1919; that he left an estate of a value, after deduction of debts, charges and legacies, of not less than $100,000; that he left surviving him as his only heirs-at-law and next of kin, Melchior Schneller, a son, and Marie Schneller Schaefer, a daughter, who are appellants here, and appellee, a daughter of Christian Schneller, deceased, son of the testator, and…
