Appellee filed her bill for partition in the circuit court of Mason county, alleging, among other things, that she and her sister, Cynthia R. B. Taylor, who was made a defendant to the bill, were the owners of lot 5 and the east half of lots 6 and 7, in block 18, in the city of Mason City, in that county, as tenants in common in equal parts by reason of the third clause of the will of William M.
