Error from District Court, Washington County; R. H. Hudson, Judge. Suit in equity by R. S. Litchfield against the Henson Oil Company. Judgment for defendant, and' plaintiff brings error.

This was a suit in equity, commenced by the plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, against the defendant in error, defendant below, for the purpose of securing a decree compelling the defendant in error to recognize the plaintiff in error as the owner of 200 shares of its capital stock and to account to him as such stockholder. Upon trial to the court the relief prayed for was denied; whereupon this proceeding in error was com*menced for the purpose of reviewing the action of the tr:al court.
