Introduction
Barbara J. Hoskins filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy relief on January 18, 2000. The Debtor’s home is subject to claims secured by “First” and “Second” mortgages. Debtor’s Schedule D. ContiMortage, the first mortgagee, is said to hold a claim of $30,594.74, while the second mortgagee, Providian National Bank, is owed $21,447.31. Id.
