BACKGROUND
On September 8,1986, after a bench trial on the issue of liability, this Court concluded that defendant United Artists Records, Inc. (“UAR”) unjustifiably repudiated its license agreement with plaintiff Record Club of America, Inc. (“Record Club”), that its repudiation was not retracted or waived, and that UAR actually breached the license agreement on a number of occasions. Record Club of Am., Inc. v.
