[11] Appellants (hereinafter referred to as Omohundro Trusts) own interests in Tract 6 of the Twin Lakes subdivision near Buffalo, Wyoming, and Appellees (hereinafter referred to collectively as the Sullivan Group) own Tracts 1 through 4.
