In this case the issue is as to the amount the sheriff is entitled to recover as commission on a sale in execution of a mortgaged debt. The execution was predicated on a third mortgage that rested on the property which was also burdened with a first and second mortgage, and a tax subrogation amounting in all to the sum of $57,036.05. The property was adjudicated for $62,000.00.
