DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after an Evidentiary Hearing on the Debtors’ Objection to the Claim of JP Morgan Chase Bank. (Doc. No. 79). At issue at the Hearing was the value of a motor vehicle, a 2005 Ford Explorer, titled in the name of the Debtor, Martin A. Wcislak. At the conclusion of the Hearing, the Court deferred ruling on the matter so as to afford the opportunity to further consider the evidence presented in this matter.
