OPINION

FLAHERTY, Justice.

In November 2001, a jury found the defendant, Thurston Horton, guilty of one count of first-degree child molestation sexual assault for which he received a twenty-year sentence, consisting of eight years to serve, with the balance suspended with probation. On appeal to this Court, Horton advances three points of error as reasons for reversing His conviction.
