MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

On January 6, 1995, this , court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants in this action and held that plaintiff had not met her burden to show that a genuine, issue of material fact existed as to her claims of hostile work environment sexual harassment, constructive discharge and negligent infliction of emotional distress. With respect to her hostile work environment sexual harassment claim, the court specifically found that plaintiff had not produced, sufficient evidence from which a reasonable juror could conclude that the workplace…
