Paynter and James Fullerton, petitioned tbe Greenup county court, at its August term, *331903, to establish a ferry from Fullerton, Ky., across the Ohio river, to Portsmouth, and to grant them the privilege of operating the ferry, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 49 of the Kentucky Statutes of 1903.
