KLINGEMAN, Justice.
J. William Allen, a resident of Harris County, Texas, appeals from an order of the District Court of Bexar County, Texas overruling his plea of privilege to be sued in the county of his residence. Suit was filed in Bexar County by Alison Mortgage Investment Trust (Alison) and the Woodbridge Corporation (Woodbridge) against Allen, Broadway National Bank (Broadway), and Aetna Insurance Co.
