Gregory DiPaolo (“DiPaolo”) through his attorney, Brian Puricelli, Esquire (“Puricelli”), filed this action against fif teen defendants, among whom are Neil A. Moms, Esquire (“Morris”) and Neil A. Morris Associates, P.C. (“law firm”) (collectively “defendants”), alleging a multiplicity of claims against each for violations of plaintiffs rights under the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions and Pennsylvania state law.
