Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered August 11, 1988 in Ulster County, which denied defendant Harold F. Sherman’s motion to vacate a default judgment entered against him.
Plaintiff commenced this action against Eighmie Moving & Storage, Inc. (hereinafter the corporation), Jeremiah Sullivan and Harold F.
