Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered November 27, 1996 in Fulton County, which, inter alia, denied defendants’ motion to vacate a default judgment entered against them.

On November 24, 1994, plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident; more specifically, plaintiff sustained injuries when the car in which she was a passenger struck defendants’ tow truck which was parked on the side of the roadway.
