Plaintiff, who is incarcerated at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility, filed a complaint alleging that his civil rights were violated during and after an alleged assault by correctional officer Jared Franke ("Franke"). (Docket # 58 at 1). The Court recently granted summary judgment to all defendants save Franke himself. See id. at 21. Plaintiff's claim of excessive force under the Eighth Amendment against Franke will be tried to a jury on October 22, 2018. (Docket # 59).
