This is Sudderth’s appeal. We review de novo the district court’s grant of summary judgment and view the evidence in the light most favorable to Sudderth. Am. Bankers Ins. Co. of Fla. v. Nw. Nat’l Ins. Co., 198 F.3d 1332, 1334 (11th Cir.1999).
