This appeal arises from a suit by appellant, Patrick Joseph Lyons, to set aside a deed from him to his wife, appellee Lois Lyons, on the basis of fraud, overreaching, undue influence, and harassment by the wife. Appellant amended his complaint to pray for divorce on the grounds of three years continuous separation. At trial, a divorce was awarded appellant. The court found that appellant had failed to carry his burden of proof and refused to order the deed set aside.
