The complainants in this case are citizens of France, and the respondent a corporation organized under the *91laws of this stale, having its principal place of business at San Francisco, Cal. Complainants are the manufacturers of a liquor known as the “Hennessy Brandy,” and in the bill of complaint allege that respondent has offered for sale and sold a concoction or compound in. imitation of complainants’ brandy, under the name of “Hennessy Brandy,” and has used fac similes of complainants’ trade-names, devices, and labels, and, with intent to defraud and deceive the…
